The location was amazing, close enough to the bridge inn pub which both the food and drink was spot on, Llangorse Lake, Hay on Wye, Brecon, Abergavenny and places further afield and a late night convenience store.

We had a lovely family stay with lots of fun exploring Talgarth! The hotel felt cozy and accommodating. I appreciated the personal touches in the room, like extra biscuits for the kids, and the breakfast was excellent, just what we needed to kickstart our days.
In my wife's opinion, more kids' activities would be great.

Our family spent four nights in a wonderfullynice and neat Superior Double or Twin Room. The breakfast was a standout, with perfectly prepared vegan options and served in our own room. The hosts ensured a cute atmosphere. Although the breakfast choices were somewhat limited, it is quite understandable for the scale of their operation. We did face minor noise issues at night that could disturb lighter sleepers.

Spacious family room, lovely decor, convenient location for outdoor activities
The Wi-Fi connection is pathetic!!! Better water pressure in the shower is essential!!! The hotel is up for a makeover. Some decor screams for a refresh!!! Fix the noise issue from the town clock at night!!!

My friends and I stayed in a Standard Family Room, and it was super comfy. All the beds were really cozy, and the room had a good amount of space. We loved having tea and biscuits waiting for us! It was surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of town, nice for sleeping. Big thumbs up for the clean bathroom too! Breakfast was pretty good, just the right amount for a good start to our day.
